lets you customise the shell icons on your system
easily and quickly. E-Icons makes it a snap to change
any of the standard Windows 95/98/ME/2000 icons, these
include ones for the Desktop, Start Menu, Drives,
Folders, Files and others.
It lets you change the icon settings
(icon size, icon colors, show/hide shortcut overlays,
etc.) and also use icon themes so you can change all
icons at once or create your own themes (seven
wonderful icon themes are included to get you started),
and it gives you the great opportunty to assign an icon
to any folder (also by installing a shell extension),
any drive and any registered file type.
