The SIRIUS CD-ROM Collection, consists of information
on over 380,000 integrated circuits and discrete
semiconductors. It also includes more than 798,500
pages of information and 3,440 application notes from
109 Manufacturers worldwide.
The database contains data on digital, linear,
interface, memory, and microprocessor ICs,
transistors, diodes, thyristors, mosfets and
optoelectronic devices.
The database is updated every two months with new CD-
ROM's containing approximately 600 Mb of new technical
information.
The SIRIUS CD-ROM Collection has many functions that
allow user to:
- Quickly select components
- Conduct competitive analyses
- Compare circuits information side-by-side
- Search for component by part number, generic number,
function or electrical characteristics.
- Identify cross-references for Discrete
Semiconductors
- View manufacturers' datasheets, application notes,
package drawings and technical specifications (all in
PDF format)
- Search for Applications notes by subject or by
manufacturer.
