C++ Builder or other development tools support static
library linkage. We support four license modal:
Small Company license, 1 Developer License,5
Developer License,UnlimitedDeveloper License. You
can develop and distribute your application with one
of those license modal depends your needs. A static
library is a file that contains functions, classes,
