A program that allows you to add random taglines to
your email/news messages. You can use the supplied
taglines, add your own or build your own list from
scratch. SigMan will attach a random tagline wherever
you want in your signature, and continually change it
at a user defined interval. With multiple signatures
for email & news accounts, SigMan can be configured to
change any or all or these. Supports any email/news
program that allows attachment of files to messages
