With Adlib Express Publishing Server, documents can
be automatically appended with tables of contents
(TOC), title pages or common elements such as legal
text. Systematically add customizable watermarks,
page numbers, headers, footers, disclaimers or
document control data like Bates numbers, time/date
stamps or status information.
With Adlib Express Publishing Server, you can also
assemble content from diverse sources and file
formats into a single PDF document file. For large
publications, volumization and link management
routines enable PDFs to be merged or split into
manageable chunks. It is also possible to insert tabs
and slip-sheets as well as create printer command
files while preparing PDFs for printing on production
printers.
