	Barney!  -  Version  1.1 A program that allows ISPs to take back control of their remote access equipment. This is accomplished by routinely scanning all access devices (Portmasters, etc) for current logins. Data from these scans is analyzed to identify multiple concurrent logins by the same user. The number of logins is compared to configuration parameters to determine if this is 'approved'.
