The fastest way to UUE Encode/Decode files. UUE Encoding allows you to share binary files (pictures, zip files, etc.) with people via newsgroups and email that can't accept binary file attachments. You can encode a file, open the encoded file in a text editor, copy all the text, and paste it into an news or email message to someone who doesn't accept binary attachments. They can then copy the received text, save it to a file and decode it back into the original binary form. Another use is to encode pictures into Microsoft Access memo fields in a database which can then be saved for later retrieval.
