System Spy
-
Version
1.00
Will "hide" on a user's computer and "record" the actions of another user through program title capturing. While "hiding", System Spy is invisible to any user (including the Task List (Ctrl+Alt+Delete)). "Recorded" information includes opened window titles, time each window was opened, time each window was closed, and total time each window was active. Captured data is stored encrypted, in dated files (ex. "1999.01.20.DAT") and can be deleted through the System Spy interface. The System Spy interface can only be displayed when a specified "password" text flie is opened. The specified "password" text file can be stored off of the computer. The user is given the option to run System Spy in "Hide and Record" mode at system start-up. The shareware version of System Spy is fully function, but stops recording and requires a user to enter information at 15-minute intervals to continue.
