CyD Careful Observer  -  Version  2009 The program monitors connections with specified computers in your network. CyD Careful Observer continuously monitors specific host (remote server for example) availability. At the time you may monitor host ports or availability (ping). You may monitor servers from your local network or from the Internet. CyD Careful Observer (Network Monitor) can monitor any remote host port. When you run any network service on your server, a network port is opened to receive network packages. If the port is down, the service may be down too.
