Encrypt and Decrypt files, text and notes. Protect

the encrypting area. A Cypher-Key is then either
created or retrieved from a file. The Encrypted text
can then be saved to a file. Saving of Cypher-Key is
important so as to transform the encrypted text back
into its original form. The option is given of
encrypting whatever characters are included within the
text. Any character type not in the text to encrypt can
also be used as Encryption Tools. Decrypting: Any
Encrypted data must be loaded before being Decrypted.
Retrieval of the proper Cypher-Key is the next step, it
will unscramble the Encrypted text. The Decrypted text
