RamDiskNT - Version 1.1 RamDiskNT is a Windows NT 4.0/2000 driver that emulates as fully as possible the low-level functionality of a hard disk (in principle up to 2GB, but limited by the OS) or a 1.44MB or 2.88MB floppy drive. RamDiskNT also allows the user to select the drive letter for the RAM disk.
