Kindle allows to visualize your Kindle library, manage collections, search, sort book lists, create book ratings and edit book metadata (title, author, publisher, publish date, ISBN) in MOBI and PDF files. You can also edit book data for TXT and MP3 files and thanks to Google Images integration you can update book covers.
