NTS PopUp  -  Version  1.2 An enhancement of Winpopup that works in both Windows 95/98 and Windows NT. It will work in a LAN aswell as over an intranet or the internet. It is a 32-bit multithreaded program. It will let you browse the network for recipients. You can send messages to one or several recipients at once, and you can create groups of recipients. It is possible to send a message from the command line or a batch file. The user interface is highly configurable and very easy to use.
