It's a DLL with a function performing the following task: take a file pattern (e.g. c:\user\wav\*.wav), select a file fitting the pattern by random, and return the selected file. It was developed to have a randomly selected message in an answering machine run by Tobit's David 5.2. Can be used for every file pattern (not only *.wav). The readme.txt is in german language.
