netElement  -  Version  1.01b2 An Internet Explorer plugin that integrates chat and web browsing. The Chat window sits unobtrusively at the bottom of the browser window, popping up when needed to reveal a chat window and a list of other netElement users present at the site. You can create and join new discussion topics, chat privately with other users, and switch on privacy mode to browse without interruption.
