Give your system a makeover with Windows Make-Up. This
free system-tray utility not only makes Windows better
looking, it makes it easier to use. The program lets
you change the appearance of various Windows objects
in
order to make them more intuitive and more attractive.
You can add icon-sized images like checks and "X"
symbols to Yes, No, OK, Cancel, and other buttons.
Enlarge File Dialog Boxes or keep them on top to make
them more useful. Make Combo Boxes bigger so they
reach
to the bottom of the screen. Place custom bitmaps in
the Start button and taskbar. If you don't have
Windows
98, add a gradient to your title bars. A handy
hard-drive free-space indicator is available on the
program's system tray menu. Also included in the
archive is a beta version of DreamThemes, a visual
editor for nearly every aspect of your desktop, and
several sample graphics files.
