ICQProxy  -  Version  1.3.584 (Beta) A revolutionary product that allows you to use ICQ behind firewalls which ICQ does not support. HTTP-Tunnel.com has devised a method to communicate through virtually any firewall without being a security hazard. This technology is first being released here, to allow the myriads of ICQ users to use ICQ's messaging capability behind any firewall. ICQProxy works by sending ICQ packets via HTTP (web pages) to one of HTTP-Tunnel.com's free servers which then forwards the packets to Mirabilis. ICQProxy currently only supports ICQ99b and supports more firewalls than ICQ2000.
