dIRC  -  Version  1.4 A new IRC chat client for 32-bit Windows platforms. It includes a fully featured, customizable user interface, the ability to connect to multiple servers simultaneously, DCC support for direct connections and file transfers, spell checking, and the ability to create custom commands and to respond to remote events automatically. The source code is also availible from the dIRC website.
