	IRC Filetool  -  Version  1.13 Designed as a simple application that will search IRC channels for offers and then list them for easy retrieval. It works by logging onto a server, joining channels, looking for offer bots, then requesting an xdcc list. After IRC Filetool has joined the channels you requested, it will monitor those channels for new bots joining the channel.
