Window terminator will close those annoying popup windows automatically. After loading Windows terminator will sit in the windows icon-tray and will do his work in the background, closing pop-ups, windows & dialogs, keeping count of how many there have been closed. But that's not all it can do, you can also configure non browser related pop-ups to be closed, for instance if you don't like that annoying 'You Have New mail' dialog, add it to Window terminator's terminate list and it will close the dialog automatically for you.
