	StartHere  -  Version  1.01.04 StartHere is a small utility that runs in the windows system tray area and lets you quickly open a DOS or Explorer window in any folder with just a couple of mouse clicks. Select a folder by browsing a directory tree or a history list and one click opens a DOS or Explorer window in that folder.
