Compressor  -  Version  1.2.1 This is a front end for l3enc.exe. There is no installer since that would be well over 3 megs for a 24.4 k file. Just put L3ENC.EXE and related files in your path (ie. c:\Windows\command\) and run the program. This program supports full drag and drop. It will also stream wave file so that you can hear them first and you won't have to wait endless second for the wave to be read first.
