Interface Control Panel for using the Microsoft Speech Engine in practical ways on a computer system. Replaces the Soundmixer Panel, and scan user defined directory for text files to be queued for speech output... Can also monitor the windows' clipboard for text to be spoken. This utility of interest to sysadmin types, who have multiple machines, run webservers, work in Virtual Desktop environments, and have a need to "hear" what is going on in a centralized fashion... Batch and control files, webserver-script files can easily echo or place "text to be spoken" files into directories that A2zYappy monitors.
