RightClick-MP3  -  Version  1.65e Plain and simply the easiest way to Encode or Decode an MP3.(period) To use it, you simply RightClick on an .MP3 file and choose to Decode it, or you can RightClick on a .WAV file and choose to Encode it. It's that simple! There's also the option to encode any .WAV file in a directory AND on all methods of encoding, you can optionally choose to have the .WAV's deleted after successfully encoding them.
