Allows users to add and remove programs, located in
the Registry, Startup folder and Win.ini file, that
load during startup. StartPro includes support for
Drag-N-Drop, Clipboard functions (Cut/Copy/Paste), and
a feature called SmartBin which saves delete items for
future restoration. Provides access to the Win.ini
file and a new feature called Boot Options which
allows modification of settings located in the
Msdos.sys file.
