	ButtonBar  -  Version  2.8x A rebuild of the toolbar of the old 16bit MS-Office. It's a small flying toolbar, not higher than a titlebar, so it doesn't really need any space. Requires the VB 6.0 Runtimes (comes with IE5, Win98SE, NT4 SP5, W2K, XP)
