The computer program "Electronic hostel" is intended
for automation of work of commandants and tutors of
hostels. The program can be used as in hostels of
educational institutions of initial, average, higher
vocational training, improvement of professional
skill, and in hostels of the enterprises, the
organizations.
The network version of the program allows to work on a
network simultaneously to several users with the same
database.
Possibilities:
Conducting lists of categories living with
instructions (the student, the teacher, the employee),
faculties, groups and other information.
Conducting the help information on rooms, their
capacity, the area, number of a floor, the block.
Formation and the press of documents "the Warrant on
settling", "Contract", "the Statement for
registration" and "the Certificate on registration".
