The computer program "Food of 1000 dishes" is intended
for automation of work of employees of public catering
establishments. The software product allows to make
the plan-menu and the menu on every day for few
minutes, in it also there is a possibility quickly to
make any reports (memory sheets of arrival and the
expense of foodstuff, the sheet of the account of the
rests of products, a log-book of movement of products,
etc.). The menu can be made as on categories of dishes
(the menu of type "buffet"), and with use of a
directory of food intakes (for example, a breakfast, a
dinner and a supper). The module contains about 1100
names of dishes with the detailed description of
structure of dishes and technologies of preparation.
Thanking its use in the program "Food of 1000 dishes"
to you it is not necessary to add independently
compoundings in the program.
