Stellar Phoenix Compact PST compresses the size of the
Outlook PST files, while compressing the data of the
PST file this software do not harm the data as well as
it preserves the interlinking between the files as well
as the attachments. The Compact PST software while
compressing the data extracts all the attachments and
saves it to another folder. The software while
compressing the OST/PST files looks for the corrupt
files and repairs them. This software makes the corrupt
files usable. Compact PST Software not only compresses
the PST files it is capable enough to compress the OST
files too. The software will feel like a ‘add on’ to
the Microsoft Outlook, a small icon will appear at the
top of your Outlook. This software extracts all the
attachment and then saves them to another folder after
compressing them. Compact PST software is also capable
of compressing the incoming mails as well as the
outgoing mails. This software allows you to schedule
the compression process. It has a filter option to
narrow down the compression process as well as exclude
particular file formats from compression. The files
once compressed are stored in the predefined location,
this software also allows you to save the compressed
file to the user defined location. This option is
required in case the disk is full. The filter option
also allows you exclude or include any files while
