Import Multiple VCF Files into Outlook

The most common query in every computer forum is - "I
have a way that I am currently doing it but it is not
time efficient. Exporting staff's groupwise contact
groups as a single VCF file. Then I use a little batch
script to split the VCFs. That only takes a second or
two. Then I am loading the multiple VCFs into Vista's
Windows Mail and then in Outlook importing them from
Window's Mail. I am not sure why Microsoft didn't
create a way to import multiple VCFs. I am really
wondering if there is an easier way to import multiple
VCF Files into Outlook. I have searched and haven't
found one. I am needing one software, script, etc.
