A Performance Evaluation will be a reasonable and
balanced assessment of an employee's performance. It's
a time for both administrators and employees to
examine the past year's performance level, give and
receive feedback, make clear job responsibilities
stating management expectations, and clearly indicate
goals for the next season. To complete a reasonable
and balanced assessment, management must supply the
worker a chance to state his/her opinion concerning
the employment relationship.
