SILVERLIGHT SIP SOFTPHONE
-
Version
9.2.0
Ozeki MediaGateway SIP example to develop a Silverlight
VoIP softphone in .Net. The sample program is based on
Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK that provides stable background. It
allows to make SIP voice and video calls, to develop
own softphone, IVR applications, Silverlight/Flash
text/voice/video chat programs, supports web-to-web
voice and video calls, SIP DTMF signaling, browser to
browser calls, javascript call management, auto and
predictive dialer, etc. The sample program demonstrates
the communication between two Silverlight clients via a
SIP PBX; or communication between a Silverlight client
and a SIP telephone/softphone. The point is that the
SIP telephone or softphone also needs to be registered
on the same SIP PBX or can be called with connection.
The Silverlight clients that connected to the server
will register to the SIP PBX specified on the server
side with a SIP account selected by the server. In this
sample program, the server is responsible for keeping
connection with the SIP PBX, and also for setting
up/accepting calls, hanging up calls, forwarding media
data between the PBX/SIP device and the Silverlight
client and distributing accounts that are required for
logging into the PBX. The server also makes these
accounts logged into the PBX for the Silverlight
clients. Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK has been developed to
ensure excellent sound quality. For this purpose
various codecs are supported: G.711 aLaw/uLaw, G.729,
iLBC, GSM, G.722, SPEEX, SPEEX-WB. To make/receive VoIP
phone calls, the WPF softphone is compatible with
almost all PBX systems like Asterisk PBX, Cisco UCM,
3CX Phone System, Kamailio PBX, etc. Ozeki SIP SDK also
works with almost all VoIP service providers (Skype
Connect, Gafachi, Callcentric, SureVoIP, VoIPtalk,
etc.). After an Ozeki SIP SDK .Net license has been
purchased you can feely use the license with your
product and may freely distribute your product in as
many copies as you want and no royalties or license
fees are needed to be paid for Ozeki
