Convert Notes to Outlook is a customizable solution
that allows you to convert Lotus Notes to Outlook at
your pace with the flexibility to convert single
users, batches or all users at the same time. You can
select which folders you want to migrate e-mail,
calendars, tasks, contacts, groups etc. - with no
specific limit to the size of the database being
exported. Files are transferred from the Notes Storage
Format (NSF) directly to your Outlook mailbox where it
is stored as a .PST (Personal Storage Table) file.
When you migrate from Lotus Notes all file properties,
folders and sub folders can be preserved and encrypted
e-mails and attachments are fully supported while all
destination folders names can be customized to suit
each individual user. Lotus Notes to Outlook (NSF to
PST) conversion can be carried out in two modes -
Single User and Multiple User - depending on the size
and urgency of the proposed conversion. You must have
Lotus Notes and Outlook installed on the Windows PC
you are converting to and from for a file conversion
