MainActor is multimedia processing tool for Windows 95/98 and NT. This version adds new capabilities to the video sequencer such as 3Dtext, DirectShow support for import and export, full 32-bit support (alpha channels). Background rendering capabilities have also been added, meaning that objects are rendered while you continue to work on your project. All parts of the program have been enhanced and impressive speed improvements have been achieved. Also included in MainActor v3.03 is a completely new video capture application and the popular MainActor Video Editor. The online documentation includes new tutorials for getting up to speed with the new features faster. MainActor supports more multimedia video formats than any other software of its kind. MainActor has a modular design, enabling third parties to create modules using the Developer' s Toolkit from MainConcept, and has built-in scripting using the REXX language.
