HR Policies & Procedures is an application designed to automate the creation, approval, rejection, tracking and maintenance of HR Policies & Procedures in an organization. It allows the employees to view the latest versions of all the HR Policies/Procedures within the organization and give their suggestions/feedback. A HR-Executive can view on-line the approval status of the HR Policy submitted by him and can also create new versions of existing HR Policies/Procedures.
