InstallFile is used to replace or delete locked files
(for example loaded dynamic link libraries) that
cannot be overwritten or deleted under normal
circumstances. A typical problem: the user cannot run
his favorite application. One of the dlls suddenly has
the wrong version number, probably as a result of the
installation of another program. Typically one would
reinstall the application, perhaps loosing a lot of
customized options. The solution: Get InstallFile to
quickly replace the wrong version file with the right
version file. The utility exists in two versions: a
command line utility and a windows dialog based
utility. The software can be run on any computer
running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows
NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
