WebCam is a program for capturing pictures from your
web camera and placing them on internet. WebCam
software is easily customized and can be used as local
HTTP-server. You can see pictures from camera right
after starting Biromsoft WebCam software if you type
your IP-address in the browser. WebCam can be used as
a webcam motion detector. When the picture from camera
is changed it can be saved to local disc or uploaded
on a website. There are also many others features such
as placing a text or a banner on your picture,
capturing the picture by timer, and picture history.
