IconViewer is a slick little free add-on for the
Windows Explorer Properties window that serves as an
icon viewer. Select an icon-laden file (.exe,
dll, .etc.) and access the Properties dialog from the
right-click context menu. You'll see a new Icons tab
that shows all the icons contained in the file. Also,
the device images (32x32x16 colors, 48x48x256 colors,
etc) for each icon are displayed.
