WinCryptor is a highly sophisticated file/document
encryptor for Windows. Its main advantage over the
competitors is the ability to personnalize the
encryption algorithm with the use of a key.
In addition, this is a true byte-based encryption
that is probably secure enough for the military or
other similar organizations. Result: a file encrypted
using your Key cannot possibly be decrypted without
it.
