This program hook other programs' operation to the
serial ports, so It can debug serial port program
without source code and even serial port lines. This
program can hook serial port programs' setting
baudrate ,setting line control , writing to port and
reading from port simultaneity. And this program can
also set the baudrate and line control of some serial
port which has been opened by serial port program.
with the print and copy function, it will be a good
debugger for the serial port.
