	Red Alert Rule Manager  -  Version  1.0 A utility for Westwood's Red Alert. This utility allows you to change just about every weapon, vehicle, and person in the game to your liking. Allows the use of multiple Rules.ini files, and the abilty to launch Red Alert and Westwood Chat directly from the program.
