Allows the user to make changes to over 4,000 settings in Westwood's Command and Conquer: Red Alert. You can change how the computer AI behaves, change what weapon each unit fires and what warhead in on each weapon. You can change if the units are cloaked, their strength, armour and speed along with what building need to be built before they can. You can see what changes have been made to the settings, via the Changes Browser & import rules.ini files.
