Key Benefits: * Reads, Writes, Expands, and provides a Tree-View of PAK files * Reads, Writes, and provides zoom views of Quake2 WAL texture files * Read 1, 4, 8, or 24-bit BMP files and dithers using the quake2 palette * Sub-sample the first Mip-map to generate the remaining Mip-map images (if desired) * Darkens or lightens the Mip-map * Saves WAL data into the PAK file.
