AudioIsland allows you to create your own online
professional audio management system using your
existing web site! Simply upload the product to your
web site and begin sharing audio files with family and
friends instantly. AudioIsland resides on the Web
inside your personal web site of choice. Best of all,
AudioIsland does not require a database, does not use
desktop software, and does not require a plugin to
run. And does not interefere with your site. And, it
is drag-and-drop on the server.
Once AudioIsland is uploaded to your web site, and all
the requirement settings have been met, you can begin
uploading new audio files. Upload as many as ten files
at a time. The system extracts audio metadata
automatically for you on upload. The product also
comes with a handy loading bar, so you can track
upload times. After uploading, you can then assign
these audio files to built in web pages. AudioIsland
comes with 4 web page templates, including a custom
playlist. Send your friends links to these web pages
by email or from links inside your existing web site,
so they can play your files on the Web, live online,
using their web browser of choice. You can build
hundreds of pages of audio files and playlists this
way quickly and assign hundreds of files to them for
live hearing online. Supports MP3, AU, MOV, MIDI, WAV,
RA, SWF, and WMA audio formats, as well as all the
popular media players. You can even turn AudioIsland
into an Audio Web Portal, and setup 10 user logins and
allow your users to upload their own audio files to
AudioIsland.
