BackPack for Windows - Version 4.1.0 BackPack for Windows is a computer program that reminds the user to take breaks from work and guides him to perform exercises. According to a 1995 study by the Occupational Health and Safety Association, any person using a computer for more than 2 hours a day is at risk of repetitive strain injury (RSI). BackPack helps the user avoid the most common computer related RSIs by reminding him to take breaks with exercises. These are shown with excellent quality animated pictures of a real model. Every time a new series of exercises is performed.The program includes stretches covering several body parts: arms, back, legs, hands and neck. Onscreen instructions lead the user step-by-step through each exercise. This demo program includes 2 series of 3 exercises each. The full version includes 16 different series. This program was designed for people who work for long period of times and have a computer close to them. The exercises are good for everyone who works in a sitting position.
