FileNotes - Version 3.2 A note keeper for all Windows 95 file and folder objects. FileNotes integrates with the Windows 95 Explorer to allow you to attach a note to any file or folder object. You can access your notes from the Explorer, desktop icons and shortcuts and file open dialog boxes through the shell menu properties selection.
