Grain Mill - Version 1.0 Grain Mills are a great tool that will make the ingredients you are eating in your food worthwhile. What do you eat for breakfast? Are you running on empty all day? Now is the time to take a look at how you start your day. What’s in your breakfast cereal, that piece of toast and whatever else you eat? After you figure it out you may find that you really are running on empty. I grabbed a box of non-sugared Raisin Bran. It said there were 19 grams of sugar in one cup of cereal. There are 4.2 grams of granulated sugar for each teaspoon. So in each cup of my Raisin Bran there are 4.5 teaspoons of sugar. That’s a lot of sugar for a non-sugared cereal. When you go to the store to buy things look at the grams of sugar listed on the item and divide by four and you will discover how many teaspoons of sugar you are eating with each serving. It will amaze you!
