Webcode CGI - The barcode generator - Version 1.1 CGI WEBCODE’s aim is to make easier the dynamic barcode generation on Web pages. It is a CGI written in C , quite flexible and fully parametrizable. The current release of CGI WEBCODE supports barcodes in the following patterns: interleaved 2 of 5, Code 39, Codabar, Code 128, UPC-E, UPC-A, EAN-8 and EAN-13. When called, the CGI WEBCODE generates the requested barcode, sending the results directly to the client browser and, optionally, also generates a GIF file containing the generated barcode image. The most popular usage of CGI WEBCODE includes the generation of bank collection dockets, tickets, ID cards, clearing dockets and a variety of other documents that can be generated and printed by the client, reducing significantly their printing- and mailing-related costs.
