Performs text searches on your computer. Just enter the search text and the hunt is on. With lightning speed, it scans all text, HTML, and MS Word documents for the text. Exact matches are returned at the top of the list, with close calls following. You can apply filters -- including file size and the time/date stamp\ -- to help shorten the search. You can also limit the search to particular drives and/or folders. A viewer that highlights the search string is included so you can examine search results. Sledopyt also allows you to launch the files in MS Word. The program includes excellent online help.
