Elrise Program Cleaner - Version 2.3 Program Cleaner helps clean up after programs that have been unistalled. Some uninstall programs aren't well-behaved and don't "clean up" after themselves, leaving the program listed in the Windows "Add/Remove Programs" applet. Program Cleaner will locate these invalid uninstall entries, allowing you to permanently delete the unneeded listings.
